Tourist Visa:

1. Provide your signed original passport book.  NOTE: Your valid passport book must have at least six months of remaining validity and at least one blank page in it.  Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.
   
   
2. Two Completed Visa Application Forms NOTE: improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.  The signature on each visa application must be original.
   
   
3. Two passport picture in color, front view and with a plain/light background. 
   
   
4. Copy of the vaccination certificate showing proof of yellow fever immunization.
   
   
5. Copy of documents from airline or travel agency confirming the trip itinerary to and from Cameroon
   
   
6. Recent bank statement from prospective traveler or proof of sufficient resources to be used during the stay in Cameroon.
   
   
7. Letter of Authorization to process your visa.
   
   
8. Complete the IAG Customer Order Form
   

Business Visa Requirements:

5. A copy of documents from airline or travel agency confirming the trip itinerary to and from Cameroon, for a stay in Cameroon not exceeding three (3) months.
   
   
6. Company letter guaranteeing financial and legal responsibilities for the traveler for the duration of stay (Three (3) months or less) in Cameroon 
   
   
7. Legalized letter of introduction from thoroughly identified business partner(s) in Cameroon, undersigned by Immigration or Police Authorities
   
   
8. Business contract between traveler(s) and partner(s) in Cameroon, undersigned by Administrative or Immigration Authorities
   
   
9. An authorization, when required, issued by competent Authorities to practice a liberal profession or to promote farming, pastoral, industrial, commercial, artisanal, or other activities

Consular Visa Processing Fee:  $141.00. Fees must be paid in US dollars with either a money order or cashiers check made payable to the Embassy of Cameroun.

Additional Requirements:

• If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, you must first submit your passport to have pages added, or if your passport expires within six months, you must first renew your passport.  Please call us to assist you with obtaining or renewing your passport, or adding pages to your existing passport book.  We can secure your visa using the added pages or new passport.
  
  
• Non US-passport holders, temporary foreign visitors with a valid US visa, or foreign residents with legitimate status in the US may apply for a visa to Cameroon.  Applicants in these categories must send a photocopy of their US Green Card, Work Permit, I-20 Form, valid US Visa, and valid ID along with the above requirements.  The Embassy will decide whether to issue the visa on a case by case basis. The Embassy may ask the applicant to provide additional documents.
  
  
• Applicants under the age of 18 (eighteen) MUST provide the following documents in addition to the standard requirements stated above:
  
  
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Signed Letters of Consent by both parents
• Photocopies of the parents' passports (bio-data page) or valid ID
