Tourist Visa:

1. Provide your signed original passport book.  NOTE: Your valid passport book must have at least six months of remaining validity and at least one blank page in it.  Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamps.
   
   
2. Two (2) completed Visa Application Forms NOTE: improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your visa.  The signature on each visa application must be original.  
   
   
3. 1 Copy of the vaccination certificate for yellow fever 
   
   
4. If visiting friend or relative : 1 Invitation letter from a friend or familiy member in Gabon notarized at the immigration services in Libreville (CEDOC); for courtesy visa. 
   
   
5. 1 Copy of a confirmed hotel reservation or trip planner from companies such as National Geography. 
   
   
6. Letter of Authorization to process your visa.
   
   
7. Complete the IAG Customer Order Form
   
   
   

Business Visa:

3. One (1) copy of the vaccination certificate for yellow fever
   
   
4. Letter of Authorization to process your visa.

6. Business Visa applicants must include a business letter of responsibility typewritten on your company letterhead from their employer is required and must be addressed to: Embassy of Gabon. The letter must explain all of the following: o Nature of business to be performed; o Name and address of reference to be visited in Gabon; o Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit. This letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
   
   Applicants must submit with their application an invitation letter from the Gabon company they intend to visit.

Consular Visa Processing Fee: Fees must be paid in US dollars with either a money order or cashiers check made payable to the "Consulate of Gabon"

Additional Requirements:

• If you do not have any blank visa pages in your passport, you must first submit your passport to have pages added, or if your passport expires within six months, you must first renew your passport.  Please call us to assist you with obtaining or renewing your passport, or adding pages to your existing passport book.  We can secure your visa using the added pages or new passport.
• Non US-passport holders, temporary foreign visitors with a valid US visa, or foreign residents with legitimate status in the US may apply for a visa to Gabon.  Applicants in these categories must send a photocopy of their US Green Card, Work Permit, I-20 Form, valid US Visa, and valid ID along with the above requirements.  The Embassy will decide whether to issue the visa on a case by case basis. The Embassy may ask the applicant to provide additional documents.
• Applicants under the age of 18 (eighteen) MUST provide the following documents in addition to the standard requirements stated above:
  
  
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Signed Letters of Consent by both parents
• Photocopies of the parents' passports (bio-data page) or valid ID
